Krampusnacht Erie offers various levels of sponsorship, and as a growing annual event, we take a creative approach to our partnerships. While we accept monetary contributions to help offset costs such as venue rentals, service fees, and permits, we also offer sponsorships in exchange for trade of services, donations to our Anna Shelter raffle, and cross-promotion.
Erie has always shown incredible support for this event, and we do our best to showcase our local sponsors to our expanding audience, including many out-of-town attendees. Benefits of sponsorship include advertising on our social media channels, flyers, and event signage. For our larger sponsors, we also offer digital promotional videos.

Vendor Application
Join Krampusnacht Erie for a unique dark holiday market, featuring an eclectic mix of crafters, artisans, and creators showcasing their eerie Krampus-themed wares. While past participation doesn't guarantee entry, having at least one Krampus item is essential.
We don't accept vendors selling AI art, MLMs, or those promoting groups, podcasts, or businesses. However, sponsorship or partnership opportunities are available—check our sponsors' page for more details.
Booths are $130 for an eight-foot space, including two event wristbands and chairs. If you do not have your own table, we can provide an eight-foot table for an additional fee while supplies last. Please note that we cannot hold spaces, so only apply if you can make payment promptly. Payment is required within 48 hours of acceptance to secure your spot, as space is limited. If you are accepted and haven’t made payment on time, you will have to reapply. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this thrilling event!
